*~.: Final Review :.~*

 

1. How do you see your progress after three demonstrations?

Well, I would like to say that I've really learnt many things after those three demonstrations with my group members! First of all, I've learnt to cooperate, listen others' opions, and work as a team. This is very important to me since I used to prefer to work alone, and sometimes I would even regard others as a burden to me! That's pathetic if one couldn't get along well with others and work as a team.

At the beginning, I was really commanding and stubborn. I wanted to take charge of everything since I didn't trust others' performance or ability. However, it proves me wrong! Especially after I've realized that other group members could also do their job well! Moreover, it's not difficult to sense the gloomy atomsphere due to my overbearing attitude in every group discussion. Then I decided to make it a change.

Later on, I graduately broke the ice between my group memebers and me. The tense atomsphere was gone! I become much happier to work with them, and of course  become easier to be worked with as well. It's a big breakthrough to me! Moreover, I also made friends with those lovely lower-classmates whom I just first met this semester!

 

2. As a teacher in this lesson, what improvement you've given to your group?

For the  demonstrations, I've always taken part in revsing grammar mistakes of the written pieces and sometimes corrected other group memebers' grammar mistakes in their oral presentation for I'm a senior student.  As an English teacher-to-be, acquiring a professional  English proficiency is an essential technique. Through helping others to achieve this object, it also an opportunity for me to sharpen my English comprehension as well!

Hmm...It seems I didn't contribute much to my group since I couldn't think of anything else.

1. 老師的音量, 位置, eye-contact, 教學熱誠, 清楚明確的指示; 

2. 教案的設計, 格式;

3. Worksheet的人性化設計;

4. PTT的呈現( 需要涵蓋哪些內容? 教學大綱, Visual aids的呈現等等);  

5. 課室管理: 如何增進師生間的雙向互動, 以及學生之間的互動; 以及教學時間的控制; 班及秩序的管理
